Return and Refund Policy
1. Our 30-Day Defect Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return in the case of manufacturing defects only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. An Important Note on Sizing
As all our products are made-to-order, we provide detailed sizing charts on each product page to help you choose the correct fit.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please ensure you consult the size guide carefully before placing your order.
3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

Jewellery and accessories (except for scarves and bags)

6. The Refund Process
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
