All our products are made-to-order. This means that once your purchase is confirmed, we begin crafting your item especially for you. This commitment to exclusive, small-batch fashion requires a production period before your order can be shipped.

2. Delivery Timescale

Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be produced, dispatched, and delivered. This total timeframe includes:

  • Production Time: Crafting your unique item.

  • Dispatch Time: Carefully packing and preparing your order for shipment.

  • Shipping Time: The transit period from our international workshop to your address.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

3. Shipping Costs

We are delighted to offer complimentary free worldwide shipping on all orders. This service includes a tracking number and is insured against theft, loss, or damage during transit.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Confirmation: Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

  • Tracking Your Order: You can follow your parcel's journey using a universal tracking website such as https://www.17track.net/.

  • Activation: Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the tracking information to become active in the system after you receive the email.

  • Multiple Parcels: For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be sent in separate parcels.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fashion World Center ships from international workshops to customers around the globe. As your order will be shipped to the United Kingdom, it may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as UK VAT), and customs clearance fees.

Please be aware:

  • All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or the free shipping cost.

  • The shipping carrier or your local postal service will contact you directly if any payment is necessary to release your order from customs.
